Once your Harver Assessment results place you into a tier, a list of client opportunities that match your tier becomes visible to you. From there, certification works on a first come, first served basis. When a class opens for a client you're interested in, move on it quickly. Seats don't stay open long.
Before day one of class, you'll receive your Certification Statement of Work, and it needs to be signed before certification begins. This is separate from the Production SOW you'll sign later once you move into actively servicing.
Certification classes typically run up to six days a week, for up to six hours a day, for a set number of weeks depending on the client. You'll need a working camera, since you're required to be on camera throughout certification for participation verification, and you'll need to show your ID to confirm the person who registered is the same person attending class.
Showing up for every session matters more than it might seem. These classes cover a lot of client specific information in a short amount of time, along with self paced work and phone time in between. Missing a class means missing information you can't always get back later, so treat certification attendance with the same seriousness you'll bring to your production schedule once you're actively servicing.
Before class begins, you'll complete a PC Scan to confirm your computer meets the requirements, on the same system you'll actually use for servicing afterward, not a substitute device. In some cases, the client may run their own separate PC Scan as well.
Certification also involves a background check, completed through the Arise platform specifically. This typically costs between thirty and seventy five dollars depending on the client, and some clients cover this cost directly. A background check from a previous job or different platform can't be transferred over.
Certification is paid. It's a flat rate of $3.82 per interval, which works out to $7.64 an hour. This rate is the same regardless of which client you're certifying for, since certification pay is a separate stage from the client specific pay ranges you'll see once you're actively servicing.
You can't certify for more than one client at the same time. Certification classes run up to six days a week for up to six hours a day, which doesn't leave room for two at once. Once you've completed certification and you're actively servicing a client, you can certify for an additional client later while continuing to service the one you're already on.
Once your client visibility opens up, staying engaged matters. Arise has implemented a policy that removes agents from a Service Partner's roster if they go idle, meaning not in certification and not actively servicing any client. This is a decision made entirely by Arise, not by Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions.
So once opportunities are in front of you, take them seriously. Compare what's available, choose deliberately, and commit to moving forward. Life happens, and we understand that. If something comes up that puts you at risk of going idle, tell us before it becomes a problem, not after. There may be things we can do on our end to advocate for you, but we can't step in if we don't know.
Certification also involves a refundable seat deposit. It exists to hold your seat and confirm your commitment to actually showing up on day one. Attend the full first day of certification, and that deposit is returned to you. The exact amount will be disclosed to you during the certification process itself.
The background check range mentioned here also appears in Earnings & Financial Structure, since it's a real cost worth understanding from both angles, what it's for, and what it involves.
