Referral Program
Refer, Earn, Repeat

Share the Opportunity, Earn a Referral Incentive

How referring another candidate can add to your earnings.

Who Can Refer

To make a qualifying referral, you need to be actively servicing at the time of the referral. This is the first requirement, separate from the criteria your referred candidate needs to meet below.

Referral Incentive
$50
Per referred agent, no limit on how many.
Servicing Threshold
60 hrs / 120 intervals
Before the incentive is earned.

You can refer as many candidates as you'd like, there's no limit. Each referral has the potential to earn you a referral incentive once they're actively servicing.

Who Qualifies

This program is for new registrants only, candidates who have never had an account on the Arise platform in any capacity. If the person you're referring has previously registered, whether as their own sole proprietor business or under another service partner, they don't qualify for this program, regardless of the servicing threshold below.

1
Share the Opportunity
Refer as many candidates as you'd like. There's no cap on how many referrals you can make.
2
They List You on Their Intake Form
When someone you've referred fills out the Contractor Qualification Intake form, they'll see a question asking how they heard about us. If they select the referral option, a field will appear asking them to list the referring agent's first and last name, along with the referring agent's email address on file. Providing both helps make sure the referral gets credited to the right person.
3
They Complete the Process
A referral isn't paid the moment someone signs up. The referred candidate needs to be a new registrant, go through the full process, finalized on the Arise platform, and onboarded through the Agent Support Portal, the same as any other agent.
4
They Reach the Servicing Threshold
Once the referred agent actively services at least 60 hours, 120 intervals, you'll receive a $50 referral incentive.
5
It Shows Up on Your Earnings Statement
Your referral incentive shows up as its own line item on your Earnings Statement once it's been earned and processed.
How Long Does It Take to See My Referral Incentive?

Once your referral reaches the 60-hour, 120-interval threshold, it can still take several weeks before the incentive shows up on your earnings statement. Referrals are reviewed on a monthly cycle, so timing depends on where in that cycle the threshold was met, along with how quickly your referral moved through registration and certification. Processing time can also vary depending on the time of year.
