Before you go any further, we want to give you something most opportunities skip: an honest look at what you are actually considering.
This opportunity is designed specifically for individuals who understand, or are open to understanding, the independent contractor model. That is a different arrangement from a traditional job, and the difference matters.
Work through the three sections below. Each one compares the W2 position and the independent contractor opportunity side by side. Once you have reviewed all three, you will make a deliberate choice about which path fits where you are right now.
A W2 position places you inside an employer-employee relationship. The employer sets the schedule, directs the work, defines the dress code, and determines the terms. You operate within the structure they build.
An independent contractor opportunity places you in a business-to-business relationship. You are not an employee. You operate as your own business entity, delivering a service under agreed-upon terms. No employer. No chain of command.
W2 employment comes with costs that are real but rarely labeled. When you get excited about a new job, you think about the opportunity, not the expenses that come with it automatically.
These costs go unnamed. They come out of your earnings the same way any expense does. You just never see them listed on an offer letter.
Independent contractor costs are transparent by design. Nothing is hidden. You see exactly what is required before you commit, so you can make a real decision.
Kingdom inQ LLC is not a tax professional. As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own tax obligations. Please consult a qualified tax advisor before you begin earning.
For some people, the structure of a W2 position is exactly what they need. That is a legitimate choice. Here is what it offers:
If that is what you came here looking for, this opportunity is not that. We respect the clarity.
For someone who is self-motivated and values control over their time, the IC model offers something a traditional position cannot:
Tax deductions for sole proprietors vary. Kingdom inQ LLC is not a tax professional. Consult a qualified tax advisor to understand what may apply to your specific situation.
Open each section below to work through it. All four need to be reviewed before you continue.
This session was put together with one goal in mind: to give you a clear, honest look at what this opportunity actually involves, so you can decide whether it makes sense for you.
You have already seen the comparison between a W2 position and an independent contractor opportunity. What follows is the full picture of this specific opportunity: the structure, the support, what is expected, and what moving forward looks like.
Operating as an independent contractor means flexibility and personal responsibility go together. You are not reporting to an employer. You are running your own schedule, choosing your own availability, and deciding how this fits into your life.
We position this primarily as a supplemental income stream. By the time you finish this session, you should know exactly where you stand and what your next step looks like.
You are at home. Your workspace is ready. You have selected the intervals that work for your schedule, and you are logging in to support customers on behalf of a nationally recognized brand.
That is the day-to-day of this role. As a Remote Customer Support Contractor, your work is done entirely from your own home base. Depending on the client you choose, you might be helping customers with general questions, processing orders, providing basic technical support, booking travel, updating account information, or resolving service concerns.
The industries vary: cruise lines and travel, healthcare, home improvement, retail, and other nationally recognized consumer brands. Full details about available clients become visible once you are further into the process.
What stays consistent across all of them: you are representing an established brand. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to follow structured guidelines are foundational. If you are someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently, this structure tends to fit naturally.
This works differently from a traditional setup. As a contractor, you are operating through a layered partnership, not a chain of command. Here is how it is structured:
Each layer has its own role. Arise manages the platform and the clients. Kingdom inQ LLC guides you through the process, supports your activation, and stays involved while you are active. You bring the service.
You have more say in when you work and how you structure your time, while still being responsible for showing up, meeting performance standards, and operating like the business you are. The flexibility is real. So is the accountability.
Our partnership begins the moment you register under Kingdom inQ LLC and remains active as long as you are connected to our call center.
A lot of thought went into how this process is set up before you ever arrived here. The steps, the sequencing, the guidance, it was all put in place with you in mind.
As your Service Partner, Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions stays involved throughout. That means guided registration support, clear communication as you move through activation, administrative coordination once you are active, contractor pay processing and invoicing support, and access to our proprietary Agent Support Portal: your central hub for updates, resources, and pay information.
You will operate inside two systems: the Arise platform, where certification and client servicing happen, and the KIVS Agent Support Portal, where our partnership and support is administered.
There are things within the Arise platform that sit outside of our control: client seat availability, certification scheduling, assessment outcomes, background check results, and final platform approval decisions. Those are made by Arise and its clients. Our role is to support and guide you through the process, not to override it.
What we can promise is that you will have someone paying attention to the details, anticipating what comes next, and making sure you are not left navigating it alone.

The Contractor Qualification Intake you completed earlier was your entry point, a way for us to confirm you were in the right place before going further. This session is the next layer of that process.
After this session, if you confirm you are ready to move forward, your next step is completing the Official Contractor Application with Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions. This is a more formal step and includes required acknowledgments, eligibility confirmations, and disclosures that establish whether there are any conflicts before you invest more time into registration.
Based on your responses, your application may be approved to move forward, delayed pending a clarifying conversation, or disqualified due to platform or eligibility restrictions.
This step matters because it protects your time as much as ours. It ensures alignment before you move deeper into the process, and it is what opens the door to self-registration on the Arise platform.
Think of it this way: you are not starting over. You are advancing.
The next phase is called Self-Registration and Activation. It is called self-registration because several of the required steps happen directly inside the Arise platform, and they have to be completed by you. Kingdom inQ LLC cannot complete them on your behalf, but we will walk alongside you through the entire process.
Before you get there, we want to make sure you are prepared. One of the most important parts of self-registration is a skills and readiness component built into the platform. To help you approach that with confidence, we have created a Skills Assessment Readiness Simulation, a tool designed specifically to align you with what that evaluation is looking for.
This is not something to rush through. It was built intentionally to help you succeed in one of the most consequential steps in the process. When you get there, slow down and take it seriously.
Once your application is approved and you begin, most of your progress will happen inside the Arise system. If you hit a delay, a system notification, or have a question, reach out. Once you enter Kingdom inQ LLC's Service Partner ID and complete the required steps, the system notifies us and we finalize your activation under our call center.
Work through each section. These details directly affect your registration experience.
The Arise platform recognizes Social Security Numbers already in its system. If you have ever interacted with the platform before, even years ago, even if it was incomplete. Your SSN may be flagged. This is more common than people expect and is not a disqualifier on its own. Select the situation below that applies to you.
You are clear to move forward. During self-registration, you will create a new platform profile and will not encounter any SSN conflict issues. Proceed with confidence and follow the step-by-step guidance you will receive after your application is approved.
Your SSN may be flagged when you attempt to register. You may need to recover your prior account or confirm that you are not currently linked to another Service Partner. If a prior account surfaces, contact us right away so we can guide you through the appropriate next step before proceeding.
Only your current Service Partner can release you from their call center. Kingdom inQ LLC cannot override that process. You will need to formally request a release from that organization before registering under Kingdom inQ LLC. Contact us after you have initiated that release so we can support you appropriately.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing and maintaining your own equipment. Review each category below to confirm your setup meets platform standards.
Incompatible systems: Mac systems and Chromebooks cannot be used for servicing on the Arise platform. Some clients may have additional specifications, and those will be visible before you select certification.
After completing the PC Scan, you will move into a required skills and security assessment inside the Arise platform. Open each section below.
The assessment looks at communication ability, comprehension, professionalism, and adherence to security standards. It is designed to align you with clients that fit your communication style and capabilities. Think of it as a matching process, not a pass-fail test. The Skills Assessment Readiness Simulation was built specifically to help you prepare for this moment. Use it.
Based on your results, you will be placed into a scoring tier. Your tier determines which client opportunities are visible and available to you for certification. Some tiers unlock a wider range of options. How you engage with the assessment has a direct impact on the opportunities available to you. This step matters.
When you enter the Arise platform to register, you will be presented with three options. Review each path below before continuing.
If you are moving forward through this process with Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions, the Agent under a Service Partner path is the supported route. Your next step after this session will clarify which path applies to your specific situation before you enter the platform.
Regardless of which registration path you choose, you are operating as a sole proprietor and independent contractor for tax purposes. Business income is not withheld by any party. You are responsible for managing your own federal and state tax obligations.

Review all sections above to continue.
This section covers what happens after your application is approved and you are active.
Once you are approved and linked under Kingdom inQ LLC, you will be able to select a client certification opportunity based on your assessment tier and current client availability. Open each section below.
Certification is required before you can begin servicing a client. Schedules are posted inside the platform and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat availability can change quickly, so timely action once you are eligible is important. Attendance, participation, and successful completion are required before moving into active servicing.
Certification is paid from day one of class. Compensation begins on the first official day of certification, based on the client's stated rate and structure. You are not waiting until active servicing begins to start earning.
You have already seen the full comparison between W2 costs and independent contractor costs. Here are the specific fees that apply to your arrangement with Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions, named and explained.
This fee covers contractor pay processing, invoicing coordination, administrative support, access to the proprietary KIVS Agent Support Portal, and ongoing communication and updates. This is what the partnership with Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions provides in exchange for that fee.
This fee is established by Arise and applies to all contractors servicing through the platform, regardless of registration path. The percentage is based on your earnings for that period. It is not set by Kingdom inQ LLC.
Because you are operating as an independent contractor, no taxes are withheld from your earnings by any party. You are responsible for managing your own federal and state tax obligations, including estimated quarterly tax payments where applicable.
All registration paths on the Arise platform are independent contractor arrangements. Business income must be reported. An audit can result from unreported contractor income regardless of the amount earned.
Kingdom inQ LLC is not a tax professional. This information is provided for general awareness only. Please consult a qualified tax advisor to understand your specific obligations before you begin earning.
Compensation varies depending on the client opportunity, performance standards, and the number of service intervals you commit to. Open each section below.
Many client opportunities fall within a range of approximately twelve to seventeen dollars per hour. Some opportunities may be slightly lower or higher depending on the client and the structure in place at the time of certification. Certain clients may offer additional incentive opportunities that vary by client and are not guaranteed.
Service intervals are selected in thirty-minute increments. You build your schedule based on availability and client demand. Because this is an independent contractor structure, your income directly reflects the intervals you choose and successfully service. Reliability and consistency in showing up for your selected intervals is what drives your earning results.
We position this opportunity primarily as a supplemental income stream. It works well for individuals who want flexibility while adding consistent additional income alongside existing commitments. Clear expectations and steady participation produce the strongest outcomes.
Complete all sections above to continue.
You have been walked through the opportunity, the structure, what is expected, what is supported, and what it takes to move forward. That was intentional. This process was built so you could make a real decision, not just a hopeful one.
If what you have heard today aligns with where you are and what you are looking for, your next step is right below. Confirming moves you into the Official Contractor Application, which is the step that opens the door to self-registration on the Arise platform.
After you confirm, you will receive the application along with registration guidance specific to your situation and clear instructions for beginning your self-registration process.
If you are still thinking it through, that is okay too. The exit option below is there without judgment. This opportunity needs to fit your life, and only you know whether the timing is right.
Based on what you reviewed, a traditional W2 position is the right fit for where you are right now. That is a clear and legitimate decision, and we respect it.
This particular opportunity is structured for independent contractors, which means it operates differently from an employer-employee arrangement. It is not the right fit for everyone, and knowing that now saves you time.
If your situation changes down the road and you find yourself open to exploring the independent contractor model, this door is not permanently closed. We genuinely wish you well in whatever comes next.
We understand this may not be the right fit or the right time, and that is okay. If things shift down the road and this opportunity starts to make sense, we would welcome you back.
If you would like to continue, we are still right here.
We appreciate you moving through this session and considering this opportunity. That kind of thoughtfulness speaks well of you.
If your circumstances change or this feels like a better fit down the road, the door is not closed. We genuinely wish you well in whatever comes next.
Your response has been received. Application materials and your next set of instructions are on the way to your inbox.
Review everything carefully when it arrives. Your progress will be guided from here. You are not navigating the next phase alone.
